The opening landing page for Sessions provides a list view and summary of key information. Sessions created, number of Courses within the Session, total enrolled users, deadline, average quiz score, creator, and editing functions.
By clicking on the Reports tab on the sub-menu you'll be able to view additional information and filter by Session type or Public versus Private Sessions.
So, how can you view a detailed report for a Learning Session?
1. Click on a specific Session in the list view and drill into more granular data including Trainee progress stats, average grades, total session time, and specific stats by individual and Courses.
Also, you can leverage the PlayVox recognition system to publicly recognize an individual for completing a Session or scoring well on a Quiz.
2. Click on the blue Grade % score for an individual and you can drill down into the responses for each question.
Here is also where a Quiz can be reset in the event that an individual was interrupted and could not complete a Quiz.
3. Click the "Show classes stats" button to see all the participants' answer data in one place.
It will display all the questions and answers with their occurrences.
By clicking on the Stats 📊 icon then you'll see a pop-up window with the answers chart - one by one, simply click on the question to display the answers.
NOTE: Based on the release of this new report, PlayVox will begin tracking by default the time spent on each question per agent. For reports on previous learning sessions the time spent on questions will only show if you had enabled the timer option in courses.
4. If you want to, you can view a trainee's Learning Sessions' dashborad. Here you'll be able to see what sessions he/she has been invited to, how many pending sessions he/she has, etc.
