It’s easy to connect your Zendesk or Kustomer CRM system to the VoC product. To do this, you must have an administrator for Playvox as well as an administrator for the CRM. This is essential because you will be using authentication keys that only administrators can access.

To add a new integration:

1. From the gear icon, select Integrations.

2. To add a new integration, click New to add a new CRM integration.

3. Select the CRM you want to integrate with Playvox: Zendesk or Kustomer.

4. Enter the required information and then click Accept.

To edit an existing integration:

1. From the gear icon, select Integrations.

2. For the integration you want to add VoC to, click Actions > Edit.

3. Update the information, and then click Accept.
