Arbitrators have access to add categories to disputes. And be able to filter by categories the list view of disputes.
Managing categories in Quality settings
- Go to Quality settings.
- Enter the disputes tab.
- Create, edit, and delete categories to add to disputes. At least one category must be created to have the capability to add categories inside disputes and filter in the dispute's list view.
Using categories in disputes
- The arbitrator can add one or more categories to a specific dispute at any time.
- Categories appear in the dispute's header.
- Categories can be used to filter the list of disputes in the general disputes view.
