These are the options for enrolling learners:
A learner self-enrolls in a public course
A learner requests enrollment for a private course
A trainer or manager enrolls learners into a public or private course

A learner can self-enroll in a public course
Follow the steps below to self-enroll in a course.
Step 1 — Click on Manager.
Step 2 — Click on a course card.
Step 3 — Click the Enroll button in the course heading.
After the learner completes enrollment, the course content is unlocked.
A learner can request enrollment for a private course
Some courses are private, which are indicated with a lock icon (see the figure below).
Follow the steps below to enroll in a private course.
Step 1 — Click on Library.
Step 2 — Click the Request Enrollment button and await manager approval.
Step 3 — The manager receives an enrollment request email. The manager navigates to the course.
Step 4 — The manager clicks the Learner tab of the course, reviews the learners that have a Pending Approval status (in the Enrollment column), and approves / denies the request.
A trainer or manager can enroll learners into a course
A trainer or manager can enroll learners from a public or private course page.
Step 1 — The trainer or manager navigates to a course.
Step 2 — Click on the Learners tab, and then click the Add Learners button.
Step 3 — In the popup window, search for learners by name or by team. Check the boxes for the learners you want to invite and click the Add learners button.
