This article provides an overview of how to duplicate one or more existing users from one of your Playvox sites to another. Learn how to maximize the value of your Playvox licenses.

NOTE: Only Admins and Super Administrators can modify these settings.

Begin by accessing the Billing page, on which the Number of licenses is shown.

Create a duplicate user on another Playvox site

There is an option available that can help you get full use from all of your licenses on multiple Playvox sites. You can create an additional user on one site, if the new user profile has the exact same email address as the equivalent use on another of your other Playvox sites.

Follow these steps to create a duplicate user on another Playvox site:

Step 1 — Copy the Email Address, First Name, Last Name, and other fields from the user profile that you want to duplicate.

NOTE: It is important that the email address of the duplicate user is exactly the same as the user in the other site.

Step 2 — Switch to the other site and click Actions > Add new user on the Users page.

Enter the First Name, Last Name, and other information from the user profile that are duplicating. Click the Save button. You should see the confirmation message that the user has been added.

Import duplicate users from an Excel file or CSV file

You can also import identical users into one Playvox site. First, edit and review an Excel or CSV file to ensure that it contains the same user information as the users on one of your Playvox sites.

Then on the Users page, click Actions > Import users from Excel or CSV. If the user records match the user profiles from the other Playvox site, you should see a confirmation message.

NOTE: It is important that the email addresses of the duplicate users are exactly the same as the user email addresses in the other site.

Import duplicate users from an integration with Playvox

You can also import identical users from one of your integrations with Playvox, such as Freshdesk.

First, edit and review an Excel or CSV file to ensure that it contains the same user information as the users on one of your Playvox sites.

Then on the Users page, click Actions > Import users from [integration]. If the user email addresses match the email addresses in the user profiles from the other Playvox site, you should see a confirmation message.

In the popup, check the boxes of the users you want to import and then click the Import button.
