A new version of Playvox is available to try out! The Rocket Module has an updated experience, with the same great features of Classic Playvox. Let’s check it out together.

NOTE: Only Admins and Super Admins have access to Rocket Module. They are also the only roles that can modify these settings.

Getting to Rocket

  1. Click on your profile image at the top right of your screen.

Navigating Rocket

You'll land on the Community page, with tabs at the top separating the different areas of Community. Generally, your products will be on the left side, and your features for each product will be shown at the top navigation bar.

Icon Guide

Let's chat a moment about the icons you see on the left-hand side of the page in Rocket mode.

  • Community is represented by the triangle icon.

Changing your Logo or Square Logo

  1. To change the logo at the top left of your screen, go to Settings>Community.

2. Click on the Appearance tab.

3. From here, you'll be able to Upload a new Logo, or enter a Square Logo URL.

Note: Custom logo images should be in PNG or GIF format, up to 140x36 pixels and no bigger than 30KB. Square logo supported extensions are PNG and GIF, with minimum pixels of 140x140, and maximum size of 30KB.

4. Click Save. Then reload the page to see updates.

Returning to Classic Playvox

Remember, you can always return to Classic Playvox, if that’s what you prefer! Simply follow these instructions.

  1. Click on your Profile.

2. Select Return to Classic Playvox.
